James Scarrow

Biography
James directs the real estate finance group’s Ottawa mortgage branch and is responsible for the strategic marketing and placement of commercial mortgage loans with borrowers and brokers. Prior to joining Manulife in 2017, he was a partner with CMLS Financial in the firm’s Ottawa branch.
